  The work has been exemplary

“I just wanted to take a moment to share my experiences with Colorado Nonprofit Legal Center’s services.  Our organization has been utilizing CNLC for our business transaction, CGA, and solicitation annual filings.  The work has been exemplary, and I have appreciated the expertise and counsel provided on our filings from CNLC (particularly, Katie).  I have every confidence that the filings will be handled and in a timely manner and I truly appreciate the partnership that has been formed between or organization and CNLC.  Thanks so much for everything you do!”
National Multiple Sclerosis Society

The Colorado Nonprofit Legal Center has been a godsend to our nonprofit organization.

“They assisted us in refining our bylaws and our articles of incorporation. They also worked with the IRS, on our behalf, when we went through the redetermination process (from private foundation to public charity) – all at a reasonable price. We are so thankful to have the Colorado Nonprofit Legal Center available to us!”

Katie at the Colorado Non-profit Legal Center is an absolute expert!

“She took a broad view of our organization and issue so as to consider aspects we hadn’t. For a small non-profit, the rates are unbeatable. This is legal service with a mission to further OUR mission! Highly recommend.”
